Michael Louis Golic Jr. was born on September 28, 1989, in Voorhees, New Jersey. Since he was a boy, Golic dreamed of being an NFL player like his grandfather, Mike Sr.

Golic was a member of the famous Notre Dame Fighting Irish throughout his collegiate career.

His fortunes changed when he wowed the Pittsburgh Steelers, who signed him as an undrafted free agent.

As a result, he stayed with the team for one year before joining the New Orleans Saints on a two-year contract. Mike Jr., on the other hand, was never able to make an impression on the Saints.

After that, the 6-foot 4 offensive linemen tried out for the Montreal Alouettes and Arizona Rattlers before calling it quits in 2016.

Along with his retirement, Golic was named an FXFL All-Star as an offensive guard in 2014.
