High School Career
Becca was interested in picking her high school and college to help her explore her potential, much like the other players. She continued her education at Chandler’s Basha High School. Becca participated in a variety of sports while she was there.
She was, after all, a real athlete who participated in football, basketball, and soccer. Becca started playing football competitively during her sophomore year.
She also remained a junior varsity kicker at Queen Creek High School in Arizona, but after going to Basha High, she was supposedly benched for her junior year.
Her parents also took her to Gilbert Christian High School, where she attended an Arizona Cardinals kicking camp. And it’s a truth that Becca won a sport she’d never played before, despite her lack of preparation.
College Career

Josh Blankenship, the offensive coordinator at Adams State, happened to come upon Becca’s homegrown potential as a kicker by chance. She nailed it when it came to kicking.
Not to mention, head coach Timm Rosenbach, a former NFL quarterback, lauded her abilities and talents after seeing her powerful kick.
Becca was redshirted for a year when she came to Adams State University to play for the Grizzlies.
Then came the announcement that she will be joining the Gila River Hawks, a newly established four-team Hohokam Junior College Athletic Conference.

It was never easy for a girl to get to where she is now and build a reputation for herself as the first female athlete to receive an NCAA scholarship. She advised students to transfer to Basha High School after spending most of their time at Queen Creek because they were tired of the conventional limits and restrictions.
Being emotionally and psychologically strong was the only way to keep her protective system in place. Unlike her high school years, Becca’s college years were markedly different. She would no longer be treated as an outsider by the players. Becca was greeted with open arms.
She was aware that her high school was involved, but college kicking is a new experience for her. Longo had no choice but to develop.
