Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are agreeing on a settlement to resolve their revenge porn claims before the court date. There was this news last week that the ex-partners have failed to reach a conclusion on Monday’s scheduled date. The exes are supposed not to move forward with the case.
Michael Rhodes the lawyer for Kardashian confirmed the settlement. Similarly, Chyna’s lawyer had not made any statement when asked about the case. The judge of the superior court of California denied the request to uphold a settlement over Chyna’s charges. As per reports, this happened on Thursday in Los Angeles.
Ciani, the legal representative of Kardashian did not immediately respond but gave a statement later saying,
“Chyna is very pleased that the trial judge denied Rob’s motion to ‘enforce’ a settlement that never existed,” Ciani said in a statement on Thursday. “Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent.”
Ciani further added,
“Revenge porn is a very dangerous form of violence predominantly perpetrated against girls and women. Victims of revenge porn typically experience serious anxiety, shame, and helplessness. Some revenge porn victims have committed suicide. Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.”

The lawyers of Kardashian’s alleged 34-years-old Chyna, that she would drop the charges if Rob helped her get out of the previous lawsuit. The case is filed by Justin C. Jones, who is a former friend of Chyna. However, as per documents, Jones accused Chyna of “public disclosure of private facts” and “intentional infliction of emotional distress,”.
TMZ was the first to report the news that Bob and Chyna were the reason that caused Jones to be the objective of cyberbullying him as gay. The documents stated that,
“With trial fast approaching, Chyna and her counsel looked to co-defendant Rob to resolve the Jones Case without her having to pay any money to secure a dismissal with prejudice,”
Kardashian agreed to the deal of balancing the situation just last month.
However, he accused Chyna that she changed her mind and threatened him to move forward with the trial. Rob and Chyna share a 5-year-old daughter named Dream.
The lawyers of Kardashian further argued that “Chyna and her counsel have acted in bad faith” and requested that an appointed authority carry out the settlement understanding and drop the case totally, however the judge denied this Kardashian movement.
Chyna filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian for allegedly damaging her brand and physically and verbally abusing her in 2017. In the recording file, it was visible that Chyna guaranteed she has endured “significant damages” since her ex’s unstable social media rampage.
