Jennifer Lopez has made changes in her lifestyle after suffering from a “Panic Attack”.

Jennifer Lopez realized the importance of healthy living as she changed her lifestyle after suffering from a “Panic Attack”. Says, I was exhausted feeling physically paralyzed.

Jennifer Lopez is being vocal about her panic struggles and how she changed her life on the path of ‘Wellness’.She recalled her late 20’s experience of having panic attacks frequently due to tiredness. At that time she realized the importance of sleep. She was working, earning, and active and she felt like she was “invincible”.

“There was a time in my life where I used to sleep 3 to 5 hours a night. I’d be on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and filming videos on the weekends,” she wrote. “I was in my late 20s and I thought I was invincible.

“Until one day, I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and the stress it brought with it, coupled with not enough sleep to recuperate mentally, caught up with me.”

Sooner she realized that she is not getting enough sleep and that captured her mental state. She sacrificed her health (which is the biggest wealth) for making her career.

While explaining about her condition, The “On the floor” singer says she feels all good while working throughout her day according to her schedule but as soon as she gets back to home then she would get strange feelings. Lopez further writes,

 “Went from feeling totally normal to thinking about what I needed to do that day and all of a sudden I felt as if I couldn’t move.”

“I was completely frozen,” Lopez wrote. She said she “couldn’t see clearly” and the physical symptoms “started to scare me and the fear compounded itself. Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never even heard the term at the time.”

She used to freeze and couldn’t decode properly what is going on with her. She felt scared and that fear enclosed her so close that it was very difficult to come out from it.

Lopez became so negative that she felt that she is losing her sanity, later when she consulted doctors then they suggested that she improve her lifestyle from within. She revealed that her thrilling experience has led to this healthy and happy life. Maybe she is referencing that after cloudy days we get to see the sunny days. The singer further mentions,

“My security guard on set came in and picked me up and drove me to the doctor. By the time I got there, I could at least speak again and I was so terrified I thought I was losing my mind,” Lopez recalled that experience .

“I asked the doctor if I was going crazy. He said, ‘No, you’re not crazy. You need sleep … get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, don’t drink caffeine, and make sure you get your workouts in if you’re going to do this much work.’”

Doctors suggested she do generic things, 7-8hrs of sleep daily, eat healthy foods, including physical activities in daily life, etc. Well, recalling those incidents might still feel like nightmares.
We have always known that “HEALTH IS WEALTH”, ignoring health can lead us to face a lot of consequences that are not at all good for our health. One must always keep their body and mind healthy. Similarly, after that point, she began all these fitness as she understood the importance of it.
