Prince George turned 9 on Friday, July 22 in the year 2013. Duchess Kate posted a smiling picture of her son with a blue shirt on a beach via Instagram.

Prince George aka George Alexander Louisopened his eyes on July 22, 2013. Similarly, his parents are Kate Middleton and Prince William. He is the eldest son and has a sibling Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, and Prince Louis of Cambridge.
He turned 9 on Friday as Kate posted a picture of him smiling on her Instagram. In the picture, he is smiling on the beach in a blue t-shirt and with side-swept hair. Kate captions the post,

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share a new photograph of Prince George ahead of his ninth birthday tomorrow.”
As William and Kate always post a new portrait of their three children every year on their birthday. They belong to the royal family. On the previous birthday, George was pictured sitting on the hood of a car, grinning for the camera. He was wearing a blue polo shirt with orange stripes.

On George’s last birthday, the picture was posted as a subtle tribute to his great-grandfather Prince Philip. Though, Philip died in April 2021 at age 99. In the picture we can see, George sitting on a Land Rover, which is a favorite car of Queen Elizabeth’s husband.
Prince George also showed his appearance at Wimbledon. All the people’s eyes were on him due to his silly expressions. Additionally, he was wearing a navy blue suit in the tennis tournament at Wimbledon.

According to the sources, it is revealed that when Prince William attended the Wimbledon match he was the same age as his son. William attended his first match with Princess Diana in the year 1991. So did prince George, in 2022, together with his father William and mother Kate.
