Colby Daniel Lopez is a professional wrestler from the United States. He is presently contracted to WWE, where he competes on the Raw brand as Seth “Freakin” Rollins or just Seth Rollins.

Early Life and Family

Colby Daniel Lopez, better known as Seth Rollins, was born on May 28, 1986, in Buffalo, New York.

Holly Franklin gave birth to him. Seth Rollins, on the other hand, is closer to his stepfather than to his birth father. Furthermore, Lopez is Seth’s stepfather’s surname, which he chose over his biological father’s surname.

Seth Rollins made his ring debut as Gixx in the Iowa indie circuit in 2005. Soon after, he signed with IWA (Ian Rotten’s Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South) as Tyler Black.

On the 23rd of September, 2005. Rollins competed in the Ted Petty Invitational Tournament as Tyler Black. Unfortunately, he loses the match.

Rollins, on the other hand, wins his first championship in early 2006. He partners up with Marek Brave, and they both win the NWA Midwest tag team championship. Rollins was also seen on TNA’s Impact! in 2006.

Seth returns to Pro Wrestling Guerilla as an individual after his tag team partner has a serious back ailment. Rollins partners up with Jimmy Jacobs one more in 2008 for the FIP tag team titles. They were fortunate to win that bout and defeat Roderick Strong and El Generico.

Seth, however, was unable to fight and so was unable to win FIP’s World Heavyweight Championship title through forfeit. As a result, Davey Richards wins the match.

WWE

Cobley In September of 2010, Daniel Lopez signed a deal with WWE. He was, however, transferred to FCW. Seth Rollins makes his SmackDown debut as Black in a dark match, defeating Trent Barreta.

Lopez will make his FCW debut as Seth Rollins on September 30. Seth Rollins was born as a result of this, and the rest is history.

Rollins had a long feud with Dean Ambrose in FCW. During their first match, none of them could win, and the game was tied.

Later that month, FCW was relaunched as NXT, and Seth Rollins joined NXT in its second show. For his first title, he defeated several superstars, including Jinder Mahal and Michale McGillicutty

The shield

Seth Rollins’ life took a dramatic turn from there. Finally, after so many sacrifices and battles, Seth reaches the main roosters on November 18, 2012, in the survival series pay-per-view.

Seth, along with Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns, assault Rayback during his triple threat match with John Cena and CM Punk.

Instantly, these three youngsters attracted everyone’s attention. They dubbed themselves “The Shield” and promised to fight injustice. Later, CM punk also begged them to stand by his side and support him, but they refused to be with him.
