Carmen’s affair with her co-star
On the sets of Niños Ricos, Pobres Padres, Carmen’s co-star was Sebastian Caicedo. They used to romance on set and gradually fell in love in real life as well. They are so much committed towards one another that now it’s been more than five years and they are still in a happy relationship.
They are also social media stars as they have an immense number of followers on their social media handle. They keep posting and sharing their moments on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook account.
Now as their work takes them to different places, they have to keep traveling. So they are in a long distance relationship. When asked about the long distance relation by El Tiempo, Carmen replied,
“It is very important to know the type of person you have next to you. Sebas is a great man. If he is in one city and I’m in another one, why can we have our own space? When we are in the same city we try to do everything together, because we don’t know if we have to pick up and leave again.”

Budding Romance
No doubt their romance started from the set. But who asked whom? Were they single or did they cheat on their partners?
First of all, an actor they were playing the role of the couple in series but in real life both were in a relationship with different people. Carmen Villalobos was in a seven-year committed relationship and on the other hand, Sebastian Caicedo was in a five-year relationship.
During the farewell party of the show, Sebastian asked Carmen casually about her boyfriend as at that time Sebastian was single. And he asked her if she would like to join for a movie with him. He said,
“She was living on a trip the next day. So we kiss. I told her to take her computer with her so we can talk thru messenger”
Since then their relationship started. Now they are in a long distance relationship because of their work but Sebastian makes sure that he makes out time from work and visits Villalobos once a month.
In an interview with Villalobos said,
“We are really happy. One of the things that attracted me of Sebastian was his drive, he is very imaginative, he knows what he wants and where he is going, we are the same.”
