Alissa Violet and her beau receive restraining order
Judge John Russo, Cuyahoga County judge, has passed a temporary restraining order against Alissa Violet and her present boyfriend, FaZe Banks which asks them to stay at least 500 feet from Barley House, the Warehouse District establishment. They have also been asked to stop their cyber-bullying tactics and campaigns against Barley House.
The two have been told to not communicate in any way with the employees of the establishment. The order read:
“It is further appearing to this court that enjoining defendants from disseminating false or misleading information related to plaintiffs, their employees and their patrons is reasonable to end Defendants cyber-bullying campaign and is no greater than is required for protection of plaintiffs, their employees and their patrons, and does not impose undue hardship,”
The case is put up for hearing on 13 December.

What was the feud about?
Alissa Violet and her boyfriend live in LA. They were in Alissa’s hometown of Cleveland in Ohio for Thanksgiving Day. They went to Barley House restaurant and were enjoying themselves. They were alleged to have gone to a restricted area and when told, Alissa and FaZe Banks created a scene there. But FaZe Banks alleged that they were taken there by one of the employees of the restaurant who was known to Alissa.
The partner and manager of the House, Corey May said:
“We simply asked Ricky to leave a restricted area. He insisted on creating a situation that didn’t need to be a situation,”
The friction led to a physical fight and Alissa was also punched in her face. The two then used their popularity to create an online firestorm which led to a lot of bad reviews for the restaurant. Talking about it, Corey said:
“My entire business was sabotaged — 100, 300, 400, one-star reviews on Yelp,”
His employees have also received harassing and death threats from the YouTubers’ fans. Hence Barley House took the help of the law to solve the predicament.
