The multi-talented Rosa Acosta is a woman of talent, beauty, and smartness. She is a ballet dancer, model, actress, reality star, a fitness guide, and a prospective chef. Born and brought up in the Dominican Republic, this model turned actress migrated to the USA to try her luck in Hollywood. Rosa Acosta was born in Santiago de los Caballeros, the Dominican Republic on 30th April 1984. She has a sibling named DJ Smoke who also supposedly is in the entertainment line. Rosa Acosta commenced learning ballet at the tender age of 4 years. She completed her Bachelor’s in Art from Instituto de Cultura y Arte (ICA).
She also took training at the Ballet School of Norma Garcia. She was the youngest soloist at the Dominican National Ballet when she enrolled for it in 2002. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Rosa Acosta’s modeling
In 2004, Rosa Acosta took up modeling. Her first assignment she did was for the ‘DR businesses’ in her home country. Rosa was a hardworking and dedicated model. In a couple of years, she had made a name for herself in the Dominican Republic.
Rosa migrated to the United States in 2006. She got a number of good offers and soon her face was seen in many of the magazines in the US. Fashion magazines such as Smooth, XXL, King, and Blackmen carried photos of this model. In 2009, she was also voted as XXL’s ‘Eye Candy of the Year’. People were quite impressed with her work and she was also named the Model of the Year’ in 2010.
She caught the attention of the TV industry and was starred in Nick Cannon’s ‘Wild N Out’. She also appeared in a number of notable music videos such as Drake’s ‘Best I Ever Had’, Mike Posner’s ‘Drug Dealer Girl’, The DEY’s ‘I need you’ and the like. Her work was appreciated and she received international and critical acclaim.
Rosa did not stop at this. She started her own YouTube channel and started posting fitness and exercise videos on it. She also ventured into business and launched her own fitness and clothing line called ‘CossaMia’ in 2012. She was also on the reality series ‘Khloe and Lamar’ and ‘Keeping with the Kardashians’.

Rosa was dating Rob Kardashian for few months and had also made her appearance on the TV show ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ as his girlfriend. Rosa was pregnant with Rob’s child but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage.
Rosa was also part of the TV show ‘Love and Hip Hop Hollywood’. On the show, Rosa was seen to be getting cozy with her female co-star Nikki Mudarris. There was kissing involved as well between the two. Rosa had admitted that she does have a liking for ladies as well; thereby disclosing that she is bisexual. She possibly was also in a romantic relationship with American Hip Hop musician French Montana.
