Ben Foster was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on 29th October 1980 to father Steven Foster and mother, Gillian Kirwan. His parents used to run their restaurant. He has a brother, Jon Foster, who is also an actor in Hollywood.
When Ben was age four, his family moved to Fairfield, Lowa and there he attended school and began to act in community-theater productions. Ben Foster is a college dropped-out actor.
