They arrested him again the next year and charged him with conspiracy to commit murder, weapons possession, and reckless endangerment due to an investigation into Brooklyn-based gang GS9, which was suspected of participating in several shootings and drug trafficking. A court indicted Shmurda and other GS9 members on these charges.
