Brad Bird’s wiki and Bio

Brad was born as Phillip Bradley Bird to  Marjorie A. (née Cross) and Philip Cullen Bird in Kalispell, Montana on September 24, 1957. His father had the propane business. His grandfather Francis Wesley “Frank” Bird was a president and chief executive of the Montana Power Company. He had met Frank Thomas & Ollie Johnston at the age of 11 on a tour of the Walt Disney Studios and he declared that he would be the part of its animation team someday. Soon he started working on his own 15-minute animated short.

He graduated from Corvallis High School in Corvallis, Oregon in 1975 and took the three-year break. He then got the scholarship from Disney to attend the California Institute of the Arts. There he met future animator, Pixar co-founder and director John Lasseter.

Brad Bird’s Career and the Net worth

Bird initiated working for Disney after graduating from the California Institute of the Arts. He worked with much shorter lead times on an animated television series. He had created (write, direct, and co-produce) the Family Dog episode of Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories. Additionally, Bird had co-written the screenplay of the live-action film Batteries Not Included. He helped  Klasky Csupo to develop The Simpsons into a series of half-hour programs from one-minute shorts on The Tracey Ullman Show in 1989.

Moreover, he had directed the episode “Krusty Gets Busted” and co-directed the Season Three episode “Like Father, Like Clown” in 1990. Furthermore, he had been an executive consultant for the show for its first eight seasons. He has animated lots of animations like  “Tommy Pickles and the Great White Thing”,  The Iron Giant, King of the Hill, The Critic,  The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Incredibles 2 (2018) and so others.

The director tied a knot with Elizabeth Canney since 1988. The couple has been blessed with three children namely Nicholas, Michael, and others not known currently. His son Nichola had provided his voice of Squirt in Finding Nemo whereas, Michael had voiced kids in The Incredibles. Later on, Michael provided his voice for Tony Rydinger in Incredibles 2.
