Cordelia Hill known also as Cordi is a British young actress. She had starred in the popular TV series called Game of Thrones.

The Lancashire days
Cordelia Hill’s exact date of birth has not been revealed. But it is known that she is a Lancashire native who was 13 years old in 2016. Hence her year of birth most likely would be 2003 or 2004. Cordelia auditioned for the role and beat a number of hopefuls to grab the crucial role of Lyanna Stark in the 6th series of the show.
Likewise, her family home is in Salmesbury, near Preston. She resides there with her parents. Her mother is Katy Hill and was she surprised to see the constant clicking by photographers when she came to Belfast hotel for her teen daughter’s shoot. She was extremely happy to see the superstar treatment given to her daughter. There are no more details about her father and siblings.

The dream role
Cordelia was fortunate enough to land the role in Game of Thrones. It was not only luck but also her hard work, determination, and talent that managed her to procure it. Her acting has been appreciated by the likes of Barack Obama and David Cameron. Her face and acting have mesmerized them. This 5 feet and 5-inch beauty with brown hair and hazel eyes seem to charm one and all.
Similarly, she has been transformed into an international celebrity overnight. How did all this happen? She was encouraged to audition for this role by her agent named Lucia Victoria. Her natural acting and effortless confidence were liked by the panel of judges and she was soon chosen for the role. Nina Gold who is BAFTA-award winning director selected little Cordelia in the first audition itself.
It is said that Cordelia had always a dream to become a famous actress where she would ride horses. And lo and behold! In the first role she landed, she exactly got to do that! She did know horse riding and hence things were easier. Her first TV screen was of her riding a white horse into the ancestral castle of Winterfell.

Cordelia has admitted that she has learned a lot about acting from her co-star on the show, Peter Dinklage. She was also seen in the SO6E10 episode of the ‘Game of Thrones’ show, titled ‘The Winds of Winter.’

Things have dramatically changed for the young actress since she landed the role. She now gets chauffeur-driven cars for travel and also has her trailer on the show with her name written on it. She also has an understudy and is chased by the paparazzi! But though these have changed, Cordelia is still the same down-to-earth person and has not developed any airs around her.

“The whole experience was incredible, yet she took it completely in her stride. She is so grounded and wasn’t fazed by any of it.”
