Eric Adams celebrated the hip-hop genre’s 49th anniversary on Thursday along with other members of the hip-hop category. He is New York’s first hip-hop mayor as well.
Eric Adams is always ready for partying! Similarly, on Thursday, Mayor celebrated the 49th anniversary of the hip-hop genre.
It’s been 49 years of hip-hop and many people of this genre joined the party too. Likewise, the party’s host was DJ Tony Touch and the party was fun as people were enjoying and being familiar with all.
Additionally, Kurtis Blow who is an American rapper, Kool DJ Red Alert who is an American DJ, and KRS One, an American rapper joined the party. With the presence of these artists, the party was exciting and entertaining. Many sources said that the party was organized at Toca’s Playhouse in Union Square.

Friendly Mayor in the crowd
On the other hand, the insider also stated that Eric was being friendly with all the people out there. In addition to that, the sources also explained,
“[Mayor Adams] was moving with the crowd. He was just another fan watching KRS One. He didn’t take away the shine from the party.”
Despite being always ready and excited for the party or having fun, Eric has a responsibility to the people as he is the Mayor of New York City. Putting the points being in Adams’ side, one source said,
“He knows where to be! Nightlife is part of the recovery [of New York City] and he knows that. He knows where to be– and it’s not just places like Zero Bond.”

Apart from this, Mayor Eric Adams defended police rather than rapper C-Blu in March. C-Blu whose real name is Camrin Williams was carrying a gun that fired piecing Williams in the groin and hitting Officer Kaseem Pennant in the right leg. Because of this, C-Blu was charged with attempted murder.

Regarding this, Eric didn’t support the rapper rather he goes with the truth and law. Furthermore, he stated,
“I don’t believe those officers broke the law. We will never say breaking the law is a way of enforcing the law, but those officers that put their lives on the line to remove illegal guns off the street should not be demonized.”
Seeing Mayor out and about in the public is all fun. Now hoping to see his party at the City Hall!
