‘Fresh of the Boat’ premiered on ABC on 3/10/2017 at night. This would be season 4 of the popular show. American actress Chelsey Crisp plays Honey in this show. Honey with her husband would still be dealing with the houseguests namely the Huangs in season 4. There would, of course, have the funny spice to it! Talking about the season, Chelsey Crisp said:

“To whatever degree it goes on, it’s a little too long for Honey!”

“Yes, I definitely did! I read it all the time. I didn’t know anyone in the industry, [but] I knew this was what I wanted to do. I went to a conservatory, but there’s still a great deal to learn when you leave with a degree. Backstage was a huge part of me learning about the business.”

Chelsey first debuted on TV with the ‘Scare Tactics’ in 2004. The next year, she landed a lead role in the film ‘Dr. Chopper’. She also made guest appearances on a number of TV shows such as ‘The Office’, ‘CSI Miami’, ‘Journeyman’, ‘Better off Ted’, ‘Happy Endings’, ‘Mike and Molly’ and others. She also was part of the mock reality game show called ‘The Joe Schmo Show’.

Chelsey has also been part of various feature films such as Reconciliation, Bleed, and In-Lawfully Yours. The latter was released in 2016.

Chelsey also is part of the artistic director of the comedy group called Duchess Riot which was formed in 2011. This group performs various improv and sketch comedy shows. She is more of a comedian and also has done some excellent writing work for plays.

Chelsey had once mentioned that she spends a lot of her time learning and improving herself rather knowing about the business and networking. This she feels was wrong.

Chelsey Crisp was born in the year 1983. It is not known when she celebrates her birthday. She is 33 or 34 years old of age now. She was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. There are no details furnished as regards her parents or siblings.

Chelsey took to performing in community theaters in her area. She is a graduate of the Agua Fria High School. From 2001 to 2003, Chelsey was a student of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

After completing her graduation from this esteemed place, Chelsey went on to do Shakespeare studies from the British American Dramatic Academy’s Midsummer in Oxford program.
