The Dolan Twins have gained a lot of popularity for their funny videos, but they also have a fair share of controversies.
On their International 40U Tour on the first day, that is 4th June 2016, the Dolan Twins were performing at Freehold, New Jersey. They decided to go shirtless! The fans got so excited that those fans at the back started pushing forwards to reach the stage on which the performance was being held. They received injuries with all the pushes and pulls.
Those fans who were occupying the front rows had to bear the brunt of the pushing pressure from behind. The high temperatures at the center only worsened the situation and those in the front rows started feeling giddy and some also fainted. Police and medical personnel had to be summoned to control the frantic fans! The show was stopped for a while with the fans being requested to be seated on the floor. In the confusion and chaos, the Dolan Twins also pleaded their fans to stay calm.
But some of the girls had respiratory emergencies; some were carried away on stretchers while few also needed hospitalization!
Grayson Dolan’s controversies
Though they are popular, the Dolan Twins are also often embroiled in controversies. They were accused of selling playlists in the name of albums. The Dolan Twins had compiled a set of songs and were selling it online.
Andrea Russett, Lohanthony, and some other YouTubers were also selling similar albums. When Jack Dail came to know about this, he expressed his surprise. He mentioned that one cannot call a playlist as an album and sell it! Criticizing this move, Jack Dail said:
“How is a playlist an ALBUM? Why don’t they just make FREE ones on Spotify?”
He added:
“Whoever’s idea it was to take people’s music and use it for self profit. You are awful!”
The brothers Grayson Dolan and his twin were also accused of ‘dropping friends’. Ethan Dolan had tweeted and explained that the twins were not into ‘dropping friends’. He said that there was a reason for not talking to some old friends and that the twins would not continue their friendship with someone who is in the wrong.

Grayson Dolan is the youngest of the Dolan Twins. He is handsome, famous and hot. Grayson had mentioned in one of his videos on YouTube that he had his first girlfriend when he was in sixth grade. He also mentioned that due to this relationship, his scores in class came down. The two split leaving Grayson heartbroken.
