Born on 31 August 1974 in Brooklyn, New York, Elaine Chappelle was born as the child of Philippino immigrants. Born with the birth name Elaine Mendoza Erfe.

“even though she doesn’t work as a professional chef, they regularly eat like kings at home, thanks to her excellent culinary skills.”
In 2017, She briefly appeared in a backstage segment of ‘The Age of Spin: Dave Chappelle Live at the Hollywood Palladium 2017’. Dave dedicated the entire show to her.
