Professional Career
When Jaylen graduated in 2018, his professional basketball career officially began.
Adams was signed by the Atlanta Hawks on a two-way contract after going undrafted in the 2018 NBA draft. He will split his time between the Hawks and their NBA G League affiliate, the Erie BayHawks, according to the terms of the contract.
On October 17, 2018, Jaylen gladly accepted the offer and made his NBA debut. He had one assist and one rebound in his four minutes on the court against the New York Knicks, despite the fact that they lost the game.
