Kirshnik Ball and his family
Kirshnik Ball was born on 18 June 1994 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and raised in Gwinnstone. Not much has been revealed about his father but it is known that his mother is a hairstylist.
Quavious Keyate Marshall and Kiari Kendrell Cephus are his uncles and form the other members of his group Migos namely “Quavo” and “Offset” respectively. It is presumed that Kirshnik Ball has completed his high school.
Kirshnik’s musical journey starts from childhood
He was making beats and rhythms when he was in 7th grade. But serious music came only in 2011. His beats are unique and cool. He gave random performances and everyone realized that he had a natural talent for music.
In 2009, his uncle Quavious Keyate Marshall, and the uncle ’s cousin, Kiari Kendrell Cephus, came to him to form the hip-hop trio. The threesome started the group ‘Polo Club’ and adopted stage names of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff. The initial start was of mediocre music.
In August 2011, Polo Club released their first full-length project, a mixtape titled Juug Season. They brought out another mixtape in 2012. They also changed their group’s name to Migos.
In 2013, their single titled Versace went viral. This was their breakthrough. It appeared on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. It was remixed by Canadian rapper Drake and he performed it in the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival.
Their next mixtape was ‘Y.R.N. (Young Rich Niggas)’ which featured ‘Versace’ as the lead single. The album received much critical acclaim. The group appeared on Hot 109.7 radio station, and their songs were featured in noteworthy publications such as Spin Magazine, Rolling Stone, and Pitchfork.
Their 2015’s album called ‘Yung Rich Nation’ sold 150,000 copies in the first week alone and secured the third position in the Top Rap Album Charts. The members also had their solo careers side by side. Kirshnik Ball or Takeoff released his first single titled ‘Bad and Boujee’ and it featured the voice of rapper Lil Uzi Vert.
The song was on top of the Billboard Hot 100 making it Takeoff’s first chart-topper in the US. The music video of the song received more than 400 million views on the trio’s YouTube channel. Their album Culture was released in January 2017. He has a net worth of $ 4.2 million.

On the wrong side of the law
Though very talented, Kirshnik and his group members have been involved in several illegal activities. In March 2014, Migos were involved in a gunfire exchange outside Miami with an unknown shooter and his people were also hurt by it. Luckily no one was killed. He had later tweeted:

He has also been caught in possession of prohibited items-firearms and marijuana.
His relationships
Kirshnik or Takeoff has a number of female fan following. But he has never been seen with any female accomplice. No headlines of his rumors related to his love life have hit tabloids.
In June 2017, there was news online when an inebriated Kirshnik Ball went and fell asleep beside a young lady. Realizing that it was Takeoff sleeping on her bed, the female immediately took his pictures and posted them online.
As of relationship, takeoff is single and is not invested in any romantic relationships.
They went viral with a mixed response. Some readers questioned the sex of the lady who had posted the pictures. Many believed that the person seen with Takeoff was a transgender female due to her looks. Some even dubbed the whole issue as irrelevant.
