Laurel Coppock is a beauty with brains. She is an American actress and comedian. She is also the famous Jan from Toyota commercials. Her fans were curious to know more about her when she was seen in a pregnant state in the advertisements in 2014.

Laurel Coppock was born on 22 August 1970 in the USA. Her current age is 48. Her mother is Susan Coppock and she was a dancer on Broadway. She authored a memoir in which she mentioned the problems she faced in an abusive home environment. Laurel has two sisters who are named Selena and Emily.

Selena is an author and a stand-up comedian. Emily is an art dealer and appraiser.

The three sisters were raised on the East Coast of the USA. Laurel has attended Colby College in Maine. She also has undergone training at the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City. Laurel was working one year with the Boom Chicago in Amsterdam where she used to perform comedy. Later Laurel decided to move to LA for better prospects. She bagged a role in 2008’s Erik-Moe-directed comic film named ‘Food Chain’. Laurel later featured Sophia along with Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling in the 2011 film ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’.

In 2012, she appeared in the short comedy film by Bryan Robbins called ‘Comedy Jam’. Her role was that of Carol Trotter in this film. She was also featured in several TV shows such as Modern Family, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Office, Arrested Development, and Hot in Cleveland.

Laurel was the founder and the main member of The Groundlings. She also co-created a hilarious series of sketch comedies on YouTube which was called ‘BreakWomb’. It deals with three women’s stories and was appreciated by her fans and audience.

She was tired of them all and then the Toyota audition for an advertisement came and she luckily got a role in the commercial.
