Lea on Wednesday’s episode mentioned that she just could not figure out things clearly. She said she was so focused on her career and that just lead to missing a lot of her life.

“I just couldn’t see things clearly, It was all about my career, you know, I had been so career-focused my entire life. I think to a fault. I think I had just this sense of drive that created a lot of blind spots for me in my life.”

Then in 2020, the actress realized that she is the center of controversy after many of her castmates from the show “Glee” backlashed her for being very discomforting to work with. One of Lea’s castmates Samantha Ware actually started all this controversy. She was the first to post it on Twitter about Lea’s behavior.

Samantha said she was creating fake “traumatic microaggressions” and she had an unpleasant experience.

Sam had a hard time on the show which was telecasted from 2009-2015. She used the term “living hell” to describe the time she spent on the show.

Lea married Zandy Reich and at that time she was expecting her son, Ever. During that period of time, the allegations of her harassment on set came out. It was very difficult for Lea to get over this time.

“Then when I met my husband, it was a real sense of grounding for me, and then having our son and experiencing the challenges that we did throughout the pregnancy was something that, unfortunately, created a stronger bond in us that I would never wish upon anybody, but it did.”

“As a performer — as a person — I just feel like what I do now with this is on me and how I handle this. I’m really ready to take all of this on and do a great show every night but also have fun with my cast, come home and celebrate with my family, which is something I never did before.”

Lea also said that she is really enjoying that she has realized a lot about so many things around her. Lea understood that if something doesn’t feel right then why do it? Later on, in the show, she also apologized for her behavior in 2020.

“I am a couple of months from becoming a mother and I know I need to keep working to better myself and take responsibility for my actions so that I can be a real role model for my child and so I can pass along my lessons and mistakes so that they can learn from me.”

Well, realizing the mistake and going on the path to correct is the only important thing that can be done to improve!
