It would come as a surprise for most that Sara commenced her career journey by first working with a company selling heavy construction equipment. She was a sales assistant for this job. She later took up work with the Hooters chain of restaurants and was posted at the Beaverton, Oregon branch.
Sara then diversified into modeling and her picture had first featured in Playboy’s Girls of the Pac-10 section and this was in the October 2005 issue.
This was a rather revealing picture and was on the cover of the issue in which Sara was seen holding a football. She had worn nothing and it was only a body painted rendering of the Oregon State Beavers football jersey with matching bikini briefs.
