Michelle Beadle is an American sports reporter and anchor who used to host the ESPN show called Get Up! It is heard that she has now left the show. Let us know the reason and her response to it!

ESPN had announced around 2.5 weeks back that Michelle would be leaving the show. She has now moved back to Los Angeles and would be anchoring a new NBA show, she said. Michelle is more than happy about it. She tweeted:

“I’d say I’m sad to be leaving but…who are we kidding. Time to go home! JFX-LAX.”

She was paid $ 5 million a year for the show and later got a contract extension to work for the NBA show. This new show would have Rose, Chauncey, Billups, and Paul Piece with Michelle as the host. On the other hand, the format of the show Get Up! is also changing and will now have more highlights and scores. All these are efforts to improve on its ratings.

Michelle got help from her father and she joined as an intern with the San Antonio Spurs. She tried her hands at reporting here. She then joined Fox Sports Net and began hosting Big Game Hunters.

In 2002, she migrated to TNN and was a sideline reporter covering the Professional Bull riders’ Bud Light Cup tour. Starting as a 2-week ad-hoc, she was later told to do it permanently. She also worked as a freelance reporter for CBS Sports and used to cover ESPN’s Titan Games.

After this, she joined the Travel Channel and was the host of ‘Get Packing’. She was also the anchor of Major League Baseball Production’s magazine show called Cathedrals of the Game.
