Jake T. Austin’s real name is Jake Austin Szymanski. He was born on 3 December 1994 and is currently 22 years of age. He was born in New York City, New York. Jake T. Austin’s parents are Joe Szymanski and Giny Rodriguez. He also has a younger sibling’ a sister named Ava. Jake started working at the age of 7 years.

Jake T. Austin’s career
Jake started first by doing commercials for TV and print ads. In 2003, Jake was given the role of Kid 1698 and this was a comedy sketch on The Late Show with David Letterman.
It was in 2004, Jake landed his first major role. He had to voice Diego, the son of Dora on the hit Nickelodeon animated series called Dora the Explorer. He went on to do this voice acting for three seasons. He also voiced in several other films such as The Ant Bully and Everyone’s hero. He also bagged a role in Merry F#%$in’ Christmas.
In 2006, Jake managed to get a lead role in the feature film ‘The Perfect Game’. This film took three years to be released due to some financial crunch.

In 2007, Jake got his first Disney film role in Johnny Kapahala back on board. In the same year, Jake was also cast in the popular Wizards of Waverly Place. He played Max Russo in this show. He was with this show throughout. He was also cast in several other Disney productions. Jake also featured in the film Hotel for Dogs. In this movie, he plays an orphan named Bruce who hides numerous dogs in a deserted hotel.
In 2010, Jake was honored as one of the 25 brightest Latino stars under 25. He also is into screenwriting. He wrote and sold his first ever screenplay Kings of Suburbia.
In 2011, Jake played Fernando an orphaned Brazilian boy in film ‘Rio’. He was again cast in Rio 2. He also appeared on ‘New Year’s Eve’. He also guest-starred in the Lifetime show called Drop Dead Diva and also on NBC’s Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. His next main role came in The Fosters as Jesus Foster. However, he left the show after season two due to creative differences.
