Patsy Palmer was born Julie Anne Harris in Bethnal Green, London on May 26, 1972. Her mother recognized her acting talent and encouraged her to go to Anna Scher’s famous acting school in London. She was born to her mother Pat Harris and father Albert Harris. She grew up along with her two elder brothers named Albert and Harry.
