Renee Victor was born on 15 June 1953. She holds an American nationality and her birthplace is San Antonio in Texas. Renee also had a keen interest in acting and used to perform in school plays. She also learned dancing and singing and had performed at the young age of 10 in the San Antonio production of the opera called Carmen.

She became the host of KTLA’s popular talk show which was called Pacesetters.
