Shanna Moakler sold her engagement ring from her ex-husband Travis barker to the highest bidder $96500.
The 4-carat round-cut Cartier sparkler received 17 bids on the Worthy listing, which did not reveal the identity of the bidder.
She was seen saying:
“Nobody expects a happy marriage to end … and nobody ever hopes to let go of sentimental and valuable things,” the 47 years old Moakler shares exclusively about her decision to sell the ring, which was purchased on Tuesday, May 31, for $96,500.
“I wanted to thank for making the most out of a beautiful time in my life. I hope the highest bidder truly loves the piece as much as I did,” the former pageant queen, who was married to Travis Barker , It was a smooth and easy process … Looking forward to the future!“
‘Nobody Expects a Happy Marriage to End’
Moakler auctioned off her ring just after 5 days of the marriage of Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian, which also came into controversy. She further insisted that the timing was just coincidental.
“I’m sure people would assume that it’s related to the wedding, but I simply wanted to find a proper seller and Worthy is the most professional and I know will give this piece the attention it deserves”

Moakler got engaged to Travis Barker at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion and the couple got married in 2004. Travis filed for divorce just two years later but the couple reconnected twice before finalizing their split in 2008.
The divorced couple shares an 18-year-old son Landon and a 16-year-old daughter Alabama. Travis is also close with Atiana, Moakler’s daughter from a previous relationship.
While Travis has moved on in his life and his relationship with Kourtney, Mockler is just focusing on herself and her child Atiana De La Hoya. Atiana is also very close with Travis. She shares this child with her ex Oscar De La Hoya.
Moakler is seen expecting her relationship with Matthew Rondeau to smoothen out. Matthew is her on and off boyfriend which she is hoping to reconcile. They split in February following an altercation with led to the 19-year-old model.
At that point in time, she said,
“I know my family just wants to see me happy, I know they know both Matthew and I are doing the work to heal and be better people.”
As of now in Moakler and Travis’s relationship, she said that they are co-parenting with their child which is great right now. She is happy that she is getting along with her ex-husband.
“We’re co-parenting really great right now,” she told in April. “We’re getting along. … I’m happy for that.”
