Sheena Parveen is a name in the weather world. She is a Philly meteorologist and is extremely beautiful and talented. This September she joined a station in San Diego and Greg Dawson who is the Vice President of the NBC 7 News in San Diego welcomed Sheena thus:

Sheena Parveen was born on 23 May 1987 in India. She has an Indian ethnicity. Her parents immigrated to the US taking her along with them and she was raised in Florida. She had a fascination for the weather, clouds, breeze, and other meteorological things right from her young age. She had once said:

“I used to watch thunderstorms all the time, and I always loved watching lightning, so I knew I wanted to do something with the weather. It wasn’t until I got to college that I realized I could pursue this. And at Florida State, when you go through the meteorology department, you have the chance to do on-camera stuff—and that’s when I started to realize that I could do this”

She studied at the University of Florida and obtained a degree in Meteorology.

Sheena Parveen’s career in meteorology

Sheena began her career as a reporter, weather forecaster, and a journalist. She joined WCTC in Tallahassee, Florida. Her looks are gorgeous and she owns a lovely body. All of this helped her in her career and broadcasting world. She is not only good-looking but also humble and talented. She is also a certified broadcast meteorologist and has won several accolades for her work. She later joined NBC 10 in Philadelphia. She described her stint there thus:

“When I first came to the area, I lived on the Main Line, very close to the station. So I would always be somewhere on the Main Line—like shopping on Suburban Square. Recently, I went to the Saint James in Ardmore, and I loved it there. I also really like Mikado for sushi. Since I love sushi, I always go to Raw. La Colombe is the only coffee I can drink black because it’s so good. We’d love for Todd Carmichael to open a La Colombe right by our station. He’d get plenty of business. Parc is my favorite spot for brunch. There are a lot of places I want to try, but I haven’t had the chance yet. I recently started taking golf lessons at Plymouth Country Club, and I’m really enjoying them. It’s almost addicting. I needed a change of pace, and that’s one of the reasons I wanted to come here. Florida is very laid-back, and things move slower there. There’s a vibe with Philadelphia that I really like a lot. As far as forecasting goes, it’s definitely not boring. The trickiest part is the snow forecasting. We haven’t had to deal with one large snowstorm since I’ve been here. The first winter I was here, it was so mild we didn’t have snow.”

She was in Washington DC before moving to San Diego where she is placed now. Her net worth is $ 3 million.

Sheena was linked with the captain of the NHL Philadelphia Flyers, Scott Hartnell. She was also rumored to be in a relationship with Jamison Uhler and he was her co-host in NBC 10 program. I can pretty much make something out of nothing, but my go-to dish has to be spaghetti with meat sauce. Or chili. I’m a pretty sarcastic and down-to-earth person. I have two dogs—Max and Bella. I love trying new foods and doing anything outdoors. My favorite TV show is Curb Your Enthusiasm—the theme is the ringtone on my phone.”
