Finn Wolfhard who was born on 23 December 2002 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to a family of Canadian writer was of mixed ethnicity. The family has German, French, and Jewish roots. He has an older brother called Nick. He was raised in Vancouver. He studies at a local Catholic School.

However, his acting schedules came up and that kept him busy. Despite his acting shoots and music classes and tours, Finn has managed to catch up with his studies and maintain good grades in school. Talking about his love for music, Finn credits his parents for it. He said:
“My dad and my mom used to play that kind of music in the car when I was a baby. And then my mom introduced me to the Beatles, and I got obsessed with the Beatles, and then I just went from there. I would also search the web: You know how one video leads to another leads to another? It was kind of like that, but with songs. A Beatles song led to a Led Zeppelin song, and then a Led Zeppelin song led to the Rolling Stones,”
He not only loves retro music but also seems to enjoy it. He learned to play Fender guitar and sing.
Finn Wolfhard career and movies
Finn Wolfhard landed his first gig from the classified-Craigslist. His TV debut was with ‘The 100’ as Zoran. He also appeared in the role of Jordie Pinsky in Supernatural. It was his role as Mike Wheeler in Stranger Things that got him his well-deserved fame. He managed to bag the role by auditioning via video.
The cast of this series has won a SAG award for their superb performance.

Finn Wolfhard is enjoying his life-both in front and off the camera. He has already a lot of work for the coming years and is concentrating on finishing them. “I’m studying, hanging out with friends, playing guitar and filming. I’m too young for another kind of personal life, girls do not interest me”
