Alec Baldwin was spotted in a cane this Friday after getting hip replacement surgery. He was looking for assistance to walk on the streets of NYC. During the same time, the media took pictures of Baldwin who was going for a stroll. He was wearing a gray oversized shirt with matching pants and formal shoes.

He was carrying a cane so that it protects him from losing his balance after the surgery. Meanwhile, the media got to know about the surgery after Hilaria Baldwin announced it through Instagram on May 30. She posted that Alec had got under surgery.

To her post, Alec commented saying “And you. Thanks to you..”. Even though Alec was seen first time on Instagram after his surgery, he was giving his surgery updates through his Instagram. His fans are up to date with his medical journey.

He posted a video on June 4 saying that he is experiencing excruciating pain and also expected to be gone soon.

“The pain goes away gradually … but it is painful,” Alec captioned the video. “It’s incredibly painful.”

Alec said that he needed the surgery as he was walking around with limped legs. He says that he needed that surgery almost 2 years back. He revealed that he was careless about his own self

“I did myself no favors,” he added, noting he did “compensatory damage” to other parts of his body, including his back, neck and knees. “To limp around with this condition for two years was tough.”

This is not the first time that Alec had surgery. In 2018 also he had his left hip replacement surgery. In a recent video uploaded on Instagram, he says that he delayed the surgery as he had a lack of time for the procedure.

“I didn’t have four to six weeks to kind of limit myself that way,” the actor said.

Due to his busy work schedule, he couldn’t go for surgery otherwise he would have dealt with the least problem. He was busy with the shooting of his upcoming movie “Rust” for more than a year and he was also part of the legal battle.

The star was charged with involuntary manslaughter but he denied pulling the gun’s trigger which actually led to not being guilty. The charges were dropped later on and the shooting of the movie continued.

Alec Baldwin is back in the movie “Rust” after the controversy about killing Halyna Hutchins on the set. He was accused of shooting the cinematographer in the year 2021. Though, he denied the allegations and called it an accident.

Similarly, on Friday Alec was photographed in the character of “Rust” and he was wearing a white shirt with a blood stain on it. Likewise, in the picture, we can see a noose placed around his neck. Though, it is not sure if the actual hanging will be featured in the movie.

The shooting of the film, “Rust” was stopped after the fatal 2021 shooting incident. As we may hear Alec Baldwin was arrested for shooting the movie’s cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins in the set. According to Alec, he was given a gun filled with bullets saying it was a prop gun.

Due to this, he ended up shooting Halyna in her chest and she died at the age of 42. The film’s director, Joel Souza was also injured but he survived so charges were not filed for this case.

Furthermore, Hannah Guterriez-Reed was also charged along with Alec Baldwin and he is still facing the charges against Halyna’s death. So due to this, he won’t be longer featured in the upcoming movie. However, the charges against Baldwin are dismissed now and he is shooting for the “Rust” staying in Montana. It is claimed that the gun used by Alec in the shooting was modified.

On April 20, Jason Lewis and Kari Morrissey stated in the statement that they could not proceed under the current limited time based on the facts and evidence they have now. In addition, the statement reads,

“We, therefore, will be dismissing the involuntary manslaughter charges against Mr. Baldwin to conduct further investigation and charges could be refiled against Baldwin of needed.”

Alec Baldwin was supposed to stay in prison for five years but due to law enforcement’s decision, he had to stay in prison for 18 months. He constantly stated that the incident was a complete accident and he denied the allegations about pulling the gun’s trigger.

Hilaria Baldwin and Alec are going through a rough patch these days because of the controversy. Alec has been charged with an involuntary manslaughter charge in the shooting of “Rust”. Cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins got shot in her chest by Alec from the prop gun. According to Baldwin, it was unknown that the gun was loaded and he claimed he didn’t even pull the gun’s trigger.

Halyna Hutchins was shot outside Sante Fe, N.M., on October 21, 2021. The law says Alec must be charged with five years in prison but it is announced that Santa Fe District Attorney’s Office dropped the gun enhancement charge. Though, Alec still has to stay in prison for 18 months because of the shooting.

Alec Baldwin says he was unknown of the guns on the set. According to him, the gun was loaded before the shooting. So it killed the cinematographer and director of the movie, Rust.

Similarly, this was the incident that happened last year, and it took Halyna Hutchins‘ life too. Not only this but the movie’s director, Joel Souza was also wounded as he have to bear physical and mental pain.

On Friday, November 11, Baldwin stated that he is not responsible for the incident because he was unknown of the guns. He accused other crew members of their negligence which caused this damage.

Alec says the film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez Reed was in charge of handling guns and ammunition on set. So, it is her responsibility of her to make sure the gun was not loaded.

Likewise, he also blames the assistant director, Dave Halls who gave the gun to Alec and also called it safe to use. So he must take responsibility for his negligence. Furthermore, Alec Baldwin also sued Sarah Zachry who was in charge of props, and Seth Kenney for supplying him with guns and ammunition.

Alec’s lawyer, Luke Nikas says that the above-mentioned members didn’t fulfill their professional duty. Rather than taking responsibility, they made allegations against Baldwin which is wrong. Furthermore, Luke stated,

“This tragedy happened because live bullets were delivered to the set and loaded into the gun.”

Meanwhile, Baldwin claims that he didn’t even pull the trigger. And while the investigation, the gun needs to get triggered first before shooting. So, Alec was very clear in his mind that he didn’t pull the trigger. In addition to that, the gun was a Colt.45 revolver and according to Alec’s lawyer,

“More than anyone else on that set, Baldwin has been wrongfully viewed as the perpetrator of this tragedy. By these Cross-Claims, Baldwin seeks to clear his name and hold Cross-Defendants accountable for their misconduct.”

Not only this, but he has also suffered physically, mentally, and emotionally from the grief. Baldwin’s lawsuit says,

“There can be no doubt that others have suffered from Cross-Defendants’ negligence far more than Baldwin has”

“Hutchins lost her life, and her young child lost his mother. Producer Joel Souza was shot in the shoulder and has suffered physical and emotional pain. Though by no means comparable, Baldwin must live with the immense grief.”
