The two would not present their regular 1 p.m. show, ABC News president Kim Godwin revealed on Monday during an internal call.

On the call, Godwin reportedly complained to staff members that the alleged affair had become an “internal and external distraction.”

She remarked, “After a lot of thought, I am taking Amy and T.J. off the air as we figure this out.”

Godwin continued by saying that even if the alleged affair between Holmes and Robach “was not a breach of corporate policy,” it was nonetheless important for the “GMA” brand as a whole to remove them from their anchor positions.

Holmes and Robach took “the day off” on Monday, and Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez filled in to host. “GMA3” for the remainder of the week while more internal discussions about how to handle the controversy were going place at the network.

An ABC News representative declined to comment. The Daily Mail broke the story first on Monday.

The apparent romance between Holmes and Robach was revealed last week after the two put up a flirty show at clubs close to ABC’s Midtown studios.

Although other sources close to the anchors claim the relationship started in August. When Holmes and Robach parted ways with their respective husbands. Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, it is thought that Holmes and Robach’s romance could have started as early as the spring.

According to documents acquired by Page Six, Wendy Williams son Kevin Hunter Jr. was served with an eviction complaint in August after failing to make monthly rent payments since February.

A copy of Hunter’s lease, which demonstrates Williams paid $100,000 upfront for the apartment’s first year, is included in the complaint.

Kevin Hunter Jr spoke out

In his response, which was submitted around two weeks later, Hunter admits to the unpaid rent and claims that he was unable to do so because his famous mother, Wendy Williams, had “some health issues” that led to the court having authority over her funds.

“All of this happened suddenly and all of the financial support that she always gave me stopped, including my housing,” the 22-year-old Hunter wrote.

“Even though my name is on the lease, my mom was paying, and for medical and legal
reasons, she has not been able to pay the rent for the past months since the 1 year
lease ended and the court has controlled her finances.”

The landlord said Hunter didn’t pay the required $70,000 in rent.

Hunter added that he had to take a year off from school during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to care for the former talk show presenter, adding that his mother’s health troubles “came very quickly and unexpectedly.”

He also disclosed that he had made plans to leave the flat from where he was being tried for eviction as well as interim housing.

On September 14, the court issued a decision in favor of the apartment complex, ordering Hunter to vacate.

Page Six can also tell that on August 31, 2021, Hunter was served with a separate eviction case in Miami. After the college student refused to vacate by August 10, when his lease was supposed to finish, another Miami apartment complex filed a lawsuit to have him removed from the property.

Despite the bank fighting for authority, Schiller said she’s received “death threats.” In November, Schiller exclusively told Page Six that she didn’t pursue the guardianship for Williams but rather Wells Fargo as an institution did because of a “pattern” of behavior that made difficulties “apparent.” she’s received “death threats.”

“I have 24-hour armed police officers outside of my house kind of vetting everyone that comes to my front door. It’s starting to affect my life. I’m a prisoner in my own home,” she proclaimed continuing working on the account, putting her family “at risk”.
