Jay Gruden l Early Life, Family, and Education

Former quarterback player, Jay Gruden was born on March 4, 1967, in Tiffin, Ohio, in the United States. He is his parents’ second kid. Jim Gruden is his father, while Kathy Gruden is his mother.

Except for the fact that his father, Jim, is a professional regional scout and quarterbacks coach, not much is known about him.

Gruden was reared by his parents, along were his brothers Jon and James Gruden. Gruden’s parents reared their children in America.

Jon Gruden, Jay’s brother, is also a head coach who has worked in several professional football leagues. James Gruden is a radiologist at New York’s Weill Cornell Medical Center.

After joining the Louisville Cardinals football team, he was in the top ten for yards per completion, passing attempts in a season, and completions.
