Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein are separated now and she claims that he doesn’t give temporary support. She filed a case against Lenny for not transferring money to the card for several months.

It’s been hard for Lisa to manage the kids’ expenses without Lenny’s support. Similarly, she also made accusations that her ex-husband has taken her car away. According to her, Lenny left her with a two-door vehicle for taking kids here and there.

A month earlier, Lisa stated that he couldn’t buy diapers and food for their kids because her payment was rejected. She on the other hand mentioned in the documents that her ex-husband hasn’t transferred money for several months and her situation is getting worse. The document further reads,

“[Lenny’s] clear strategy now is to force [Lisa] into submission by refusing to provide [Lisa] or minor children with any direct support.”

Meanwhile, it also stated,

“[Lenny] has the ability to throw lavish parties, but doesn’t have the ability or desire to provide support to [Lisa] and the parties’ two young children?”

Though, Lenny hasn’t responded to these recent allegations yet. But in the previous accusation, he made a statement regarding Lisa’s work and salary. He said in the documents that Lisa earns $30,000 per episode of the series, Bravo. Further, Lenny’s attorney stated,

“It is undisputed that [Lisa] earns significant income as a television star and personality.”

Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein came together as a couple publicly in the show, “Real Housewives of Miami” season 2 in September 2012. Though they began dating in the year 2007 and tied the knot in the year 2009.

However, before marrying each other they were getting love and support from the public through social media. They were living together in Miami before marriage and also traveled the world together.

The former couple has two children together, a son Logan and a daughter Elle. They welcomed their kids via surrogacy. On May 11, 2022, both of them attended the Miami party separately. Due to this, the divorce rumors spread all over and it is claimed that Lenny attended the party with Katharina Mazepa.

Lisa Hochstein and Lenny were doing very well but the short split came when the fertility problem arises in her. They were having a divorce as they couldn’t fulfill their dreams of expanding their family. Though the problem was solved as they chose surrogacy. However, at the time Lisa stated,

“One of the reasons that we got married was to, you know, make this family we dreamed of, and, you know, things didn’t go as planned. Because we weren’t succeeding at having a family, yeah, we almost got a divorce, and it was devastating.”

Lenny was very supportive and didn’t leave Lisa’s hand at any cost. So they didn’t split at that time. The separation came when the rumors about Lenny and Katharina Mazepa’s dating came. In May, Lenny Hochstein wrote,

“Lisa and I are getting divorced. A few weeks ago, I denied this because I am trying my best to protect my family during this process. I am indeed seeing Katharina but none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced.”

He continued,

“This is a very difficult time and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children who mean the world to us.”

Though Lisa’s attorney claims that when Lenny was traveling and throwing a party with her new girlfriend, Lisa was struggling with her two kids. Further, the statement reads,

“While the husband is presently traveling on a no-expense-spared vacation with his presumed girlfriend to Europe, he has left the wife and children without cash, access to funds, and less than $3,000 of available credit on the joint credit card.”

Lenny on the other hand has his statement. He claimed previously that Lisa is leaving on his expenses. He claimed,

“Lisa uses these court filings to portray me poorly in the press. The fact is that I pay for everything for the children separately. Lisa still lives in the home with the children without a single expense.”

Similarly, Katharina also made allegations against Lisa for threatening her through calls. She told the sources that Lenny and her relationship began after the separation from Lisa.

Adding to that, Mazepa claims that Lisa knew everything, and Lenny and Lisa were using different beds and started living separately. Although, Hochstein says the allegations are false and it is just baseless allegations.

When the divorce rumors were spreading Lisa told the sources,

“With two young children involved — as a mom, I’m going to focus all of my energy and time on them. I’m blindsided by his behavior and reckless handling of the situation.”
