Nick Carter who was alleged of rape hit the stage after a long-time. It is the first time that he was performing live on stage after being sued for rape. On Friday night,  he performed at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball in New York City.

He included his bandmates from the Backstreet Boys, Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, and Aj McLean performed on the night.

The band rocked the stage at the annual holiday concert in MSG (Madison Square Garden). The whole bandmates were dressed in a theme white. 42-year-old Carter was seen all cheerful as the group made a cover song of Wham!’s “Last Christmas”. Also, they sang their 90’s hit song “Everybody”.

Excited fans were enjoying the concert and it looks like no one remembered the recent incident. They clapped and supported the team by singing to the performances. Looks like we have a lot of Nick supporters. On Saturday, a supporting trend was carried over to Twitter with the hashtag #IStandWithNickCarter.

On Thursday, Nick made headlines when a 39-year-old woman named Shannon Shay Ruth held a press conference. In that conference, the autistic girl revealed that she was lured and raped by Nick when she was a minor age. After 20 years of the incident, Shannon filed a case with standing 2 other women who were also accusing him of rape.

“The last 21 years have been filled with pain, confusion, frustration, shame, and self-harm that are a direct result of Nick Carter raping me,” the woman alleged amid tears.

The woman was crying recalling everything that happened during the incident. Shannon recalls the 20-year-old incident very vividly like it just happened yesterday. She mentions the trauma she dealt with of confusion, frustration, shame, and self-harm. She recalled the moment with a lot of guts and confidence to the mass of people.

The woman was in deep scarred after the incident. She just gave so many emotional and traumatic details of the time when she was raped. Shannon mentioned that more than her illness she was mostly affected by the words Nick said to her after being done.

“Even though I’m autistic and live with cerebral palsy, I believe that nothing has affected me more or had a more lasting impact on my life than what Nick Carter did and said to me.”

However, Carter finally, responded to this allegation via his lawyer Michael Holtz. His lawyer gave a clear justification that this was just an act of defaming his client.

“This claim about an incident that supposedly took place more than 20 years ago is not only legally meritless but also entirely untrue,” lawyer Michael Holtz told us.

Not just that he also mentioned being manipulated by that girl for making the false allegations. Then he also said not to be fooled by the opportunistic opposite lawyer.

Moreover, Carter was fearless when he was performing. He held his head high when he was performing and as usual, waved and smiled at them even though the rape allegations were disclosed just before his concert.

Was Aaron Carter obsessed with Brother Nick?

According to a friend of the tragic celebrity, Aaron Carter had an unhealthy “obsession” with his older brother, Nick Carter, and had been “crying out” for love for years.

According to Gary Madatyan, a longtime friend of the “I’m All About You” singer, Aaron routinely discussed healing relations with the Backstreet Boys frontman up until his untimely death in a bathtub at his home on Saturday.

In addition, Madatyan asserted that the singer’s mental state had significantly impacted his relationships with his family and fiancée, Melanie Martin. He continued to yearn to make amends with the people he had hurt.

“I wish he could have done a little more as a blood relative to Aaron,” Madatyan said of Nick. “I’m not judging him. I’m not saying anything bad because I respect him. He’s a talented artist. I love him, but Aaron had an obsession with his brother.” 

He further added, “Mentally ill people think differently. He was … pushing, poking to get that attention. Aaron did things he should have never done to his brother, but we’re talking about mental health. He was crying out for help.”

Despite their strained relationship, the siblings were “in a good place,” according to a spokesperson for Aaron, until he was found unresponsive on November 5 at his Lancaster, California, home.

He had a lot of respect for Nick. On Monday, the singer’s representative said they were working to get everything back to normal.

Relationship between brothers

The bond between Nick Carter and Aaron Carter was occasionally tense and antagonistic. Carter’s death was announced, and in the hours that followed, condolences poured in from everyone he had impacted. Nick acknowledged that even though their bond as siblings was far from ideal, they were still related.

Aarons Behaviors

Aaron, a budding pop sensation in his own right, occasionally served as the opening act for the Backstreet Boys, his big brother’s band, when they appeared live. When Aaron’s self-titled album was published, he was just nine years old.

Aaron’s absence from Nick’s 2014 wedding to Lauren Kitt signaled the beginning of their public disagreement, although, despite this, the siblings continued to get along during the holidays and supported one another’s jobs and careers on social media.

However, Aaron’s actions grew unpredictable in 2019. Aaron shared a large list of his mental health illnesses and associated medications on an episode of The Doctors in September 2019.

“The official diagnosis is that I suffer from multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety; I’m manic depressive,” Carter began. “I’m prescribed to Xanax, Seroquel, gabapentin, hydroxyzine, trazodone, omeprazole.”

During the broadcast, Aaron brought up a large bag of prescription prescriptions to demonstrate to the audience how many medications he needs to take.

“This is my reality … hi,” he said. “I have nothing to hide. I haven’t taken any opioids,” he shared before realizing his error. “Oh no, no. I did. I got my teeth done, I got six crowns, so I had to take hydrocodone.”

Restraining order

Nick and Angel Carter filed a restraining order against their brother Aaron at the same time, alleging that he had threatened to kill Nick’s pregnant wife and unborn child. According to TMZ, Aaron was required by the court order to maintain a minimum distance of 100 feet between himself and Nick, his wife, children, and other family members.

Nick acknowledged getting the injunction against his younger brother in a statement posted online. Aaron’s representative responded to the order and then relayed it to Aaron.

He tweeted at the time: “In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure to protect ourselves and our family.”

In another incident involving the Carter family, Aaron accused his late sister Leslie of sexually abusing him as a young boy in a since-deleted tweet. He wrote, “My sister raped me from the age of 10 to 13 years old,” he wrote. “I have spent the last 15 years of my life going to therapy for abuse and rape, I’ve been through many different treatments, I have finally found the right treatment. I have had my ups and downs, I continue to work on my mental health and i will soon not have to take anything.”

Nick Carter denying all the accusations coming from an autistic fan. The story begins back in 2001 when the fan was underage and he sexually assaulted her.

“Unfortunately, for several years now, Ms. Ruth has been manipulated into making false allegations about Nick – and those allegations have changed repeatedly and materially over time. No one should be fooled by a press stunt orchestrated by an opportunistic lawyer – there is nothing to this claim whatsoever, which we have no doubt the courts will quickly realize.”

Michael also said that the media should not be fooled by such false claims and allegations as there is nothing to prove. Also ended the statement by saying that there is no doubt that the court will realize the false allegations the girl is making and soon will dismiss the case.

On Thursday, the victim, Shannon “Shay” Ruth called a press conference. Then she slammed the 42-year-old Carter for sexually harassing her at the minor age of just 17 years old.

“”The last 21 years have been filled with pain, confusion, frustration, shame and self-harm that are a direct result of Nick Carter raping me. Even though I’m autistic and live with cerebral palsy, I believe that nothing has affected me more or had a more lasting impact on my life than what Nick Carter did and said to me,” the victim said in the conference

Shannon is not 39 years old and after 20 years of the incident, she is claiming her rape allegations. Then she detailed the incident so vividly saying she remember him grabbing and leaving bruises on her hands.

“After he raped me, I remember him calling me a ‘re—-ed bitch’ and grabbing me and leaving bruises on my arm.”

On Thursday, Shannon definitely accused Nick, but she was with three other women claiming to be the victim as well. They identified as Jane and Does and they also claimed that Nick sexually assaulted them.

According to the claims, the singer called Ruth into his vanity van after a concert in Tacoma, Washington. He then offered her a red-colored drink which was a mix of alcohol and cranberry juice. Then he took Shannon, who was just a minor at that time, to a bed in the van and continued to assault her.

Then, she claimed at the press conference on Thursday that she contracted a sexually transmitted disease as well, HPV after Nick assaulted her.

“Just because Nick Carter is a celebrity does not mean that he is excused from his crimes,” the woman concluded. “I am a survivor and always will be.”
