Erika Jayne is an American singer, television personality, and former actress. Recently, on Wednesday in an episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, she stated that she is not divorcing Tom Girardi now. Erika further said, she is not in a rush. Additionally, Jayne claims that,

“It’s ironic, but if I was divorced from Tom, I’d have to pay him alimony. I’ll stay married, thanks.”

According to the sources, Erika filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020. Though, they were together for 21 years. The reason for their separation has not been cleared by any sources yet. After one month, this pair was accused of stealing $2 million in settlement funds from the families of Lion Air Flight 610 victims.

Also, in January she was dismissed from the fraud lawsuit. Besides this, Jayne is currently facing a $50 million racketeering lawsuit and a $2.1 million “aiding and abetting” lawsuit. However, last month, she was asked to return the diamond earrings which were worth $750,000. It was proved that the earrings were purchased from stolen funds.

“It’s good to be physical,” she said, she further added that another marriage is not on her priority. “I am single for the first time in my adult life and it feels good. It’s like being a big teenager again. And I’m OK like this.”

Health Condition Of Thomas Girardi

Thomas is currently in a ‘state of decline’. He is currently living in the memory facility in Burbank, Calif. Thomas was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

His younger brother Robert is his conservator after Tom is diagnosed with ‘major neurocognitive disorder’.

Erika still keeps in touch with Tom even though he has a problem remembering who she is sometimes.

“I take his call and it’s never more than 10 seconds”. “And sometimes he thinks I’m someone else … so there’s a lot of that. Tom reaches out from time to time.”

It was the time when Erika was shooting for RHOBH Season 11, she reported she is not talking to Girardi since she filed a divorce with Tom.

But to her co-stars Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff that Tom called her every day to remind her that he loved her.

“It’s hard to watch someone go through this and there’s nothing I can do to help,” Erika said. “I just wish that all of this pain that he’s in would stop for him. …I have not talked to him and I cannot talk to him.”

Furthermore, she explain she had to get help from her lawyer for her ex-husband to get the message.

“I had to ask my attorney to call his attorney to say, ‘Please stop calling Erika,’” she added, per TooFab. “You know, it’s just horrible. ‘I love you, I miss you, come home, are you sure?’ I’m like, ‘Stop. You gotta stop, you have to stop, honey. You need help.’ And I can’t give it.”
