Thaddeus Moss

American football tight end Thaddeus Moss is an unsigned free agent. Prior to transferring to LSU, he played college football for NC State.

In the Tigers’ victory over LSU in the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship game, he caught two touchdown passes.

Early Life, Family & Education

Randy Gene Moss and Libby Offutt welcomed Thaddeus Moss into the world in Charlotte, North Carolina, on May 14, 1998.

In North Carolina, he was raised alongside his four siblings, Sydney Nikale Moss, Senali, Montigo, and Sylee.

Sydney, Thaddeus’ senior sister, competes in NCAA Division III basketball for Thomas More College.

He once more changed schools for his sophomore year, this time to Rhode Island’s Lincoln High School. As a junior, he traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina.

He attended Victory Christian Center as a junior and Mallard Creek High School as a senior, respectively.

Finally, Moss attended North Carolina University for his college studies after receiving his high school diploma and played college football there.

Career

College Career

At NC State, Thaddeus Moss played collegiate football. He was a renowned member of the college team and a master at what he did.

Due to his transfer to the Louisiana State University team, Moss was unable to participate in the 2017 campaign.

The following year, a foot injury kept him out of the season.

In the 2019 Peach Bowl, Thaddeus Moss returned to the action and caught four passes for 99 yards and two touchdowns on a 62-yard reception against Oklahoma.

NFL Career

Moss was not selected in the 2020 NFL Draft, but he signed a free agent contract with Washington Football.

On August 22, 2020, he regrettably sustained an injury and was kept on the injured reserve list. He spent almost a year with the team before being fired on April 9, 2021.

On April 12, 2021, Moss signed a contract with the Cincinnati Bengals. However, on August 31, 2021, he was released after only four months.

However, the Bengals practice squad signed him the following day.

On September 5, 2022, the team decided to release him from the practice squad.

Thaddeus Moss Injury

Throughout his playing career, Thaddeus Moss has also experienced a number of injuries.

Moss missed the 2018 college season because of a foot injury. The authorities as a result suspended him. Moss suffered a hamstring injury during a warm-up game in November 2021. He was injured and missed one game.
