Tsutomu Miyazaki is a Japanese serial killer, cannibal, and necrophile who murdered four young girls between August 1988 and June 1989 in Saitama and Tokyo Prefectures. His misdeeds also included vampirism and the preservation of body parts as mementos. He was also known as The Otaku Murderer and The Little Girl Murderer, among other things.

He would also make “blank phone calls” to the victims’ families.
