Tsutomu Miyazaki is a Japanese serial killer, cannibal, and necrophile who murdered four young girls between August 1988 and June 1989 in Saitama and Tokyo Prefectures. His misdeeds also included vampirism and the preservation of body parts as mementos. He was also known as The Otaku Murderer and The Little Girl Murderer, among other things.

Tsutomu later abducted four minor girls (4-7 years old) and disfigured and killed them between August 1988 and June 1989. He then sexually abused their bodies. He even went so far as to devour the hand of one of his victims. Tsutomu continued to live a normal day-to-day life in society. He detailed the murders in letters to the victims’ relatives. He would also make “blank phone calls” to the victims’ families.

Mari Konno, 4, Masami Yoshizawa, 7, Erika Namba, 4, and Ayako Nomoto, 5, were among his notable victims. He also videotaped a lot of his crimes.
Tsutomu was also involved in some misbehavior with a female at the park. He fled after being confronted by the girl’s father but subsequently returned to reclaim his car. Tsutomu was apprehended after the girl’s father alerted the police, who set up a trap for him. His home was searched, and different books, videotapes, and human remains were discovered.
As a result, he was put on trial, and his father refused to fund his legal bills, prompting him to commit suicide in 1994. Tsutomu refused to apologize to the victims’ parents, claiming that he had performed a “benevolent act.” Tsutomu Miyazaki was arrested in 1990, and his trial began in 1991. He was sentenced to death on April 14, 1997. On June 17, 2008, he was officially hung.
