It is the tenth movie of the Madea series and a sequel to ‘Boo! A Madea Halloween’ which was released in 2016. This sequel is a comedy and horror film which has been written, directed and co-produced by Tyler Perry. He has also acted in this movie. This film would be released on 20th October 2017 in the US by Lionsgate.

Tyler brought a house for LaShun Pace’s mother Bettie Pace. LaShun Pace is Tyler’s former colleague and had worked together in a play in 1999.
The house cost $350,000 and was gifted to Pace to complete her dying wish- to own a home for her family.
