It all happened in the year 2013 when Twaimz had gone to the 4^th annual multi-genre online video conference Vidcon which was held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Southern California from August 1 to August 3, 2013.

Twaimz was a big fan of American actor, director, and musician Shane Dawson. He wanted to meet this great star and hence waited in the long queue for nearly four hours so that he could get to see his favorite star. Twaimz met him and gifted him a drawing of Shane Dawson’s adorable dog. Shane Dawson was totally floored and impressed. He spoke well of this teenager on his social media accounts. Twaimz was utterly overwhelmed and this inspired him to take this as his future profession.

Twaimz was an active Viner. He used to post Vine videos which had a hilarious and funny touch to them. He used to make videos on everyday events and these were liked by his fans. In a short span of time, Twaimz managed to garner a number of followers and when the Vine was shut down, Twaimz had a huge fan following of around more than 3.5 million subscribers.

He had even deleted his Twitter and Instagram accounts. Rumors of his death were afloat. Some observed that Twaimz had been upset, disappointed, and depressed lately. He had said:

“I need to start a new chapter that does not involve Twaimz.”

But in late August 2017, he has reappeared and is once again active on social media.

Twaimz’s real name is Issa Christopher Tweimeh. He was born on May 13, 1995, in California, the USA. He comes from an Arabic family. He has an elder sister. Twaimz attended a high school in California. He had mentioned that he used to be bullied due to his overweight. However, he gradually lost weight to the present size. Twaimz’s father also features in some of his videos.

In September 2015, Twaimz announced that he does have a secret girlfriend but her name was not revealed.
