And at the present time, he makes roast videos on his channel for fun purposes. Recently, he grabbed all the headlines for allegedly hitting fellow Internet star, The Gabbie Show aka Gabbie Hanna. Let’s dig into more details here.
YouTube star ‘RiceGum’ is accused of physically attacking fellow YouTuber The Gabbie Show
Bryan Le, popularly known by his YouTube name RiceGum owns a YouTube channel named ‘RiceGum’ with more than 6.5 million subscribers. Sometime back, RiceGum faced an accusation of physically attacking another YouTuber ‘The Gabbie Show’. As per the news, YouTube took a closer look at one of its sensations. Meanwhile, according to the source inside the Google, YouTube actively discussed among YouTube’s compliance team.
All the things took place through one of the birthday party (as per the news). The incident happened when Gabbie decided to directly confront RiceGum. Before all this scenario, you may be familiar with the fact that, RiceGum had roasted Gabbie on his channel several times. This part of the aggressive attack drew the attention of millions of followers as he forcefully grabbed Gabbie’s phone and smashed it.
Gabbie personally claimed the direct physical attack, while a witness report from a party attendee hinted misconduct attack. However, the phone he smashed is an authoritative part of the evidence. At the party, she posted a Snapchat video regarding his previous scandal.
In the video, she was showing the popular YouTuber fatigued and rejecting her challenge. She then made the following joke at his expense:
“All right, so rice doesn’t have his ghostwriter today. It’s fine. I think we can still battle. I think we’re good. No?”
In her video, she explained that Ricegum who was looking away from the camera simply smiled and laughed off her comment. Furthermore, she explained:
“Okay, so update, sorry if it looks like I’m crying. Ricegum didn’t think that joke was very funny and he hit me in the middle of a party and shattered my phone, I can show you that in a sec. I’m standing out on the balcony so that it doesn’t, like, make a scene. He literally, like, everybody’s like, “did he hit you?” and I was like, “yeah, he did.” And my phone is broken, the screen is broken, the back camera is broken, so I need to get a new phone.”
RiceGums refused all the accusation of Gabbie
Not only Gabbie but Ricegum has made the roast videos and diss tracks about other many popular YouTubers like PewDiePie, Jake Paul, Blink182’s Travis Barker. Going more into roasting, in one of his line of diss track, he also included Barker’s (then) 10-year-old daughter, Alabama Barker, for not “acting her age.”
Previously, RiceGum made a diss track against Gabbie, where he insulted her voice, videos, and facial appearance. He also called her a “joke thief.” She responded with her own video.
Though all the accusation and videos, RiceGum refused all the accusation. Going through his side of the story he mentioned that he never hit Gabbie. He also made a Twitter post where he said:
“NOW THAT PEOPLE KNOW THE TRUTH PEOPLE ARE GIVING HER HEAT AND NOW SHES MAKING IT SEEM LIKE SHE NEVER SAID I HIT HER!!! HAHAHA”
